Earth is destroyed for a galactic freeway, but Arthur Dent and his alien friend Ford Prefect, hitch a ride on a passing ship. Adventure awaits them in the galaxy. I thought that this book was confusing at times but it was a good read because there was a lot of adventure and a lot of fantasy. I would suggest that someone with a good vocabulary or in grades 7 and up read this book. Overall, I really liked it.
