City of Ember is about people who live underground and start to run out of food and lightbulbs.  They try to find their way up to land.

I thought this book was very interesting but confusing.  I would recommend this book to anyone.  It was really good.  It had a lot of mysteries that don’t get finished in the first book so if you want to, read on!

This book was amazing!  I thought that after “A” was found out Sara Shepard would have nothing else to write about,  This book was still fabulous because it introduced a new character and that kept the story going.  It has a mystery and a cliffhanger in the end.

The kids in this book go on a mission after passing a ‘test’.  It was a good book because it has lots of action.  People who like Stormbreaker will like it!
